This Privacy Policy explains how String Align Pro (the "app") handles your information. The app is published by RaceTracs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We have written it to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and Apple's and Google's privacy requirements.

1The short version

String Align Pro does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no backend server. Everything you enter stays on your device.

2Who we are

RaceTracs Ltd is registered in England and Wales under Company Number 16732423, with its registered office at Y Gwernen, Dryslwyn, Carmarthen, SA32 8SA, United Kingdom.

3Information stored on your device

The app stores the alignment data you enter — vehicle name, dates, measurements, saved jobs and your unit preferences — in the app's private storage on your device only. This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. We have no access to it and cannot see it.

• It remains on your device until you delete a saved job or uninstall the app.
• It may be included in your device's normal backup (for example iCloud or Google backup), which is governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy terms, not ours.
• PDF reports are generated on your device. They are only shared if you choose to share one using your device's standard share options.

4Information we never collect

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal data. The app makes no network requests to us.

5Purchases

If the app is sold or offers a purchase, that transaction is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We receive only anonymised, aggregate sales information from Apple and Google, which does not identify you.

6Children

The app is a professional tool and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

7Your rights

Because we do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing on our side for us to access, correct or delete. You are in full control of the data on your device: you can edit or delete any saved job in the app at any time, and uninstalling the app removes all of its data. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
